EJ Water Cooperative, Inc. is the largest rural water company in the State of Illinois.  They currently serve over 8,000 customers with 2,000 miles of water main.  EJ Water began in 1993 and Milano & Grunloh Engineers has been involved with the cooperative since the inception.  These projects were primarily funded through DCEO and Rural Development.  Milano & Grunloh has completed all permitting, engineering, surveying, etc. for these ventures.
