Seth Flach

Seth Flach began his career at Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC as an intern in the summer of 2014. Upon completion of school, he joined our staff as a full-time Construction Inspector, and also assists with surveying and CAD design. He is a  Dieterich High School graduate, then went on to Lake Land College in Mattoon studying Civil Engineering Technology, and later transferred to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale earning a degree in Technical Resource Management. Seth’s favorite part of his job is being outside every day and being a part of the construction process from beginning to end. But most of all he loves seeing the benefits our clients receive from his contribution to their projects.

Seth is a Montrose native, and he currently resides with his family; parents, Gary and Julie and brothers, Hunter and Devin.  During the summer, Seth coaches youth baseball, and volunteers as a coach at the basketball camp held at Dieterich High School. His hobbies include playing baseball and basketball, and hanging out with good friends. His favorite destination is their family farm in Southern Illinois near the Shawnee National Forest where he can hike and go ATV riding.
