The City of Effingham North Outerbelt West project consists of 2,127 feet of PCC sidewalk, curb and gutter, street lighting and PCC driveways.  This development is an extension of sidewalks, and lighting to improve the safety for pedestrians in the area.  The project was funded by IDOT Motor Fuel Tax and Local Funds and the total cost is estimated to be $678,000.  Milano & Grunloh Engineers provided the Design and Construction Engineering for this endeavor.
