Beck's Superior Hybrids - Effingham Business Park

Beck’s Superior Hybrids is the largest family-owned retail seed company in the United States. Beck’s recently opened a new facility in Effingham, Illinois. The facility in Effingham will be used as a distribution center, providing additional agronomic support, hosting field day events, as well as conducting practical farm research studies.
 
Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC participated in this project by providing the site plan, construction staking, material testing, and the ALTA survey. In addition, Milano & Grunloh provided the design and construction engineering for the water, sewer, and street extension to serve the Beck’s facility.

Mid-Illinois Medical Care Associates - New Altamont Clinic

On Thursday, May 5, 2016, Mid-Illinois Medical Care Associates in Altamont, Illinois broke ground on their new Clinic to be located along U.S. Rt. 40 in Altamont. Congratulations and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your project.

Richard E. Workman Sports & Wellness Complex

The Richard E. Workman Sports & Wellness Complex is located on the North end of the City of Effingham.  The complex recently opened and will be a great asset to the community.  Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC furnished the topographic and boundary survey, along with the site plan, detention calculation, on-site construction staking, material testing, and pool certification.

Midland States Bank - Downtown Effingham Branch

The new Midland States Bank Downtown Effingham Branch located at 110 South Fifth Street was completed in the Fall of 2015. Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC worked with Pure Architecture and furnished the Topographic survey, re-platted lots, and prepared the site plan for the new 5,000 square foot facility including 44 parking spaces.

Roy Schmidt Honda

Roy Schmidt Honda, a 34,788 square foot dealership opened in late 2014.  Milano & Grunloh Engineers participated in this project along with Agracel, Inc. and AKRA Builders.  Milano & Grunloh provided the site plan, construction staking, ALTA survey and material testing for the dealership.  In addition, Milano & Grunloh Engineers provided the design and inspection for West Fayette Avenue and Lange Avenue for further development in the area.

Midland States Bank

The New Midland States Bank Corporate Office is located in the Network Centre Business and Technology Park in Effingham, Illinois.  Milano & Grunloh Engineers performed the ALTA and topographic surveys for the development phase.  Milano & Grunloh worked closely with the Contractor, AKRA Builders and Midland States Bank on the site design, consisting of staking and inspection of the project.

Patternson Technology Center

The new Patterson Technology Center is located in the Network Centre Business and Technology Park in Effingham, Illinois.  Milano & Grunloh performed the ALTA survey and topographic survey for the development site.  The plans included furnishing surveys on electronic media for design, preparation plans for infrastructure improvements, furnishing construction staking, construction inspection and material testing.

Balda Dental

Constructed in 2013, Balda Dental is a 5,000 square foot state of the art dental facility.  Milano & Grunloh Engineers contributed to the project by completing the site design, surveying and underground storm water detention.
