Hartke Subdivision
The Village of Dieterich recently completed a 38-lot subdivision next to the school. The infrastructure improvements consisted of new streets, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water. The total cost was $1.9 Million. The project was completed in the fall of 2018 by Effingham Asphalt. The Village has already sold 15 of the 38 lots.
