Evergreen Avenue
Phase 1 of Evergreen Avenue consists of a 6,946-foot extension of Evergreen West of Effingham. Milano & Grunloh Engineers furnished the environmental report, preliminary engineering study, and Right-of-Way on Evergreen West, along with material testing, staking, and construction inspection on parts of the road.
