The Tarr Group along with contractor, Wohltman Construction, recently developed the property located at the corner of Keller Drive and Outer Belt West for Heartland Family Dental Care’s new dental office facility.  The new 4,400+ square foot office building was constructed on a 1.60 acre lot with 22 parking spaces. 

Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC provided ALTA and boundary surveys, site development, rezoning, detention/drainage calculations, and construction staking.  Milano & Grunloh Engineers, also coordinated the sidewalk development with the City of Effingham.  We would like to thank the Tarr Group and Wohltman Construction for giving us the opportunity to work on this project.
