Doug, a Professional Land Surveyor, began his career with Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC in 1992 and became a partner in 2014.  He is a graduate from the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology.  He is a member and past President of the National Trail Chapter of the IPLSA and a member of the NSPE.  Doug is a proficient CAD operator and has extensive experience in boundary surveys, construction staking, material testing, topographic surveys and ALTA surveys.  He handles the day-to-day operation of the field survey crew, as well as, construction staking and material testing.  Doug was born and raised in Teutopolis, and currently resides in rural Lillyville with his wife Erin, and their three children: Ben, Alex, and Sophia.  (Professional Resume)
