The Richard E. Workman Sports & Wellness Complex is located on the North end of the City of Effingham. The complex recently opened and will be a great asset to the community. Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC furnished the topographic and boundary survey, along with the site plan, detention calculation, on-site construction staking, material testing, and pool certification.
