Midland States Bank – Downtown Effingham Branch
The new Midland States Bank Downtown Effingham Branch, located at 110 South Fifth Street, was completed in the Fall of 2015. Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC worked with Pure Architecture and furnished the Topographic survey, re-platted lots, and prepared the site plan for the new 5,000 square foot facility, including 44 parking spaces.
