Turning Vision Into a Reality
New Office Building
HG Development has worked with Pure Architecture, K. Wohltman Construction, and Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC to develop a new two-story office building on South Raney Street in Effingham, Illinois. Construction began this spring on the approximately 25,500 square foot building and should be completed later this year.
Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC, provided Drainage Calculations, GPS Machine Control, Surveying, and Site Development for the project. Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC would like to thank HG Development for allowing us to be a part of this project.
