Brewbaker Drive
In association with the construction of the new distribution center in St. Elmo, Seefried Industrial Properties, Inc., reconstructed and extended the access road, Brewbaker Drive. FCL Builders served as the general contractor for the project with the assistance of multiple sub-contractors. The project consisted of milling, overlay, and new aggregate shoulders along 0.8 miles of the existing asphalt street, from Interstate Drive to the east edge of Pinnacle Foods. The project also included the reconstruction of 0.25 miles of roadway, including removing the existing roadway, widening, new concrete pavement, ditches, and aggregate shoulders.
