Roy Schmidt Honda, a 34,788 square foot dealership, opened in late 2014. Milano & Grunloh Engineers participated in this project along with Agracel, Inc. and AKRA Builders. Milano & Grunloh provided the site plan, construction staking, ALTA survey, and material testing for the dealership. In addition, Milano & Grunloh Engineers provided the design and inspection for West Fayette Avenue and Lange Avenue for further development in the area.
