The New Midland States Bank Corporate Office is located in the Network Centre Business and Technology Park in Effingham, Illinois. Milano & Grunloh Engineers performed the ALTA and topographic surveys for the development phase. Milano & Grunloh worked closely with the Contractor, AKRA Builders, and Midland States Bank on the site design, consisting of staking and inspection of the project.
