Historic Hills Subdivision is located on the Northeast side of Effingham, Illinois. Milano & Grunloh Engineers partnered with Agracel, Inc. to develop the Harley Barn, Tuscan Hills Winery, and a 32 Lot Residential Subdivision. Milano & Grunloh Engineers provided the topographic surveys, site design, and infrastructure design.
