Utz & Associates Architects PC – New Office Building
Utz & Associates Architects PC is currently constructing a brand new office building in the Northeast portion of the City of Effingham, Illinois, located along North 4th Street. The office building is approximately 2600 square feet and will give Utz & Associates a place to grow and show current and future clients what they have to offer.
Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC, participated in this project by providing the boundary survey, site plan, detention calculations, and construction staking. Milano & Grunloh would like to thank Utz & Associates for allowing us to assist them in projects and wish them the best of luck in their future office building.
